Data processing manager
The Fondation des Hôpitaux Robert Schuman, established and having its registered office at 44 Rue d’Anvers L-1130 Luxembourg, as owner of the GesondheetsZentrum, is responsible for data processing.

Scope of the policy
This privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data through the www.gesondheetszentrum.lu website.

Recipient of the data
The data we collect will be treated confidentially and will only be shared with third parties where this is necessary and in accordance with the law. These third parties may include our service providers, particularly in the context of IT outsourcing. In the latter case, we ensure that your data remains in the European Union or in countries offering a similar level of protection.
Data retention periods
Data is kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. The data collected in order to respond to your contact requests is kept for 2 years from the last contact with you or the completion of your request.

Purposes and legal basis of processing
The Fondation des Hôpitaux Robert Schuman collects and processes personal data as part of the management of the lessons it offers and for the following purposes:

- your identification data (surname, first name, national identification number);
- your contact details (telephone number, postal address);
- the date(s)/time(s) and lesson(s) you are attending;
- your attendance/absence at the lesson;
- the kind of lesson you are attending.
Recipient of the data
Your data will be treated confidentially and will only be shared with third parties where this is necessary and in accordance with the law. These third parties may include our service providers, particularly in the context of IT outsourcing.
Data retention periods
Data is kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and for a maximum of 10 years from the end of the lessons in the case of accounting data.
