The Site was designed and developed by the communication agency Binsfeld, 14 Place du Parc, L-2313 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG.

The website www.gesondheetszentrum.lu is available in English, German, and French, except for legal documents, for which French remains the authoritative language. Specifically and without limitation, GesondheetsZentrum owns all its trademarks, service marks, and logos, as well as any other content and materials, including but not limited to names, images, logos, software, texts, graphics, data, prices, exchange rates, charts, graphs, videos, and audio content (regardless of format and nature), identifying GesondheetsZentrum in any form (e.g., text, graphics, images, audio, video, HTML code, buttons, trademarks, software, logos) (hereinafter “GesondheetsZentrum Marks”).

Access to and use of the Site, its Services, the Notice, and the processing of your personal data by GesondheetsZentrum are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, excluding to the fullest extent permitted by law any provisions of Luxembourg private international law or any legal provisions that would result in the application of the law of another jurisdiction. This is without prejudice to the protection offered by mandatory provisions of applicable law that would apply in the absence of this paragraph.

The preceding provisions also apply to any tort-related disputes connected to the Site and its Services.

Any disputes related to the access and use of the Site and its Services, or connected, whether directly or indirectly, to the Notice fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
